Hi everyone,
I am about to stop using the SIM and do not know how to cancel it. Can you guys help me with this ?

@minhnguyen hi, so if you want to keep your current phone number, find a new provider and start the porting process with them. Keep PM mobile account active. Once you port out, that will automatically close the PM account. You will need to sign into your account to get your account number.
If you don't want to keep the phone number, then sign in My Account when your ready and turn off auto pay. It's called Manage Subscription, once you do that after 90 days of no payment or available funds, the account will be closed.

Please log into your self serve account using the Public Mobile app. Go into Manage Subsrcription and into Subscription Renewal. Unsubscribe from that. That will prevent the payment system from autmatically charging your credit card for the next renwal. Any avaialble credit balance will continued to be used up (if there's enough for to renew the plan), but after there isn't enough credit remaining in your Public Mobile account to renew, your service will stop working. After that, your account will close in 90 days.
