@hTideGnow I believe the OP wasn't looking to cancel her account (at least not yet) but rather they wanted to talk to customer service about some issue and if they couldn't then they would cancel.
@Tina12 There is no customer service agent to talk to at PM. All help/service is online. Maybe if you post the problem here, we (customers like you) can offer some help. If not, either cancel your account or contact customer service as indicated in a previous reply.

you don't need to talk to CS agent to cancel, you just need to turn off Autopay yourself. Just login My Account, go to Subscription & addon page, Manage Subscription and the turn off Subscribed
