I'm trying to cancel my account. I see the steps to do so but it's not working. When I sign in, I click My Account and the options for payment or my subscriptions is not loading. It just shows me the promos going on. Please help.
I’ve tried it both ways. I downloaded the app and when I log in it won’t show my account at all but immediately opens a page to choose my subscription. There are no other options to select.
Thank you for the tip. I can confirm the account is active as minutes are counting down as they should but data is not being used still. Who can I reach out to for a fix?
