I’m still paying but haven’t had data for over a month.

please submit ticket to CS agent at:   https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

Thank you for the tip. I can confirm the account is active as minutes are counting down as they should but data is not being used still. Who can I reach out to for a fix?

@Jwang613  Is your account active or suspended are the rest of your services working ? Also make sure you have data turned on , on your phone . And make sure you have data left 

simply try refreshing the page when logged in
