As title says, could customer who ports out number to other provider and then comes back to PM after, lets say a year or so, reuse email to open a new PM account?

Easiest way would be to use alias (if it is gmail account) as mail will go to the same mailbox but email will be 'different'.

hi @Meow
you can. But you might need to asl PM support agent to manually "release" your email so you can reuse it.

Hi @Meow
I would say 100% yes. Once your account is closed from porting your number, all data is supposed to be erased. Therefore you should be able to reuse the same email address a year later without issues.
