I havent received my SIM

I have ordered my SIM on May 5th and already paid, but haven't received the SIM as yet. Can I do a store pickup instead? Also, you should have an option to reach a human, this is ridiculous

When PM sends out SIM cards, it can take up to 3 weeks to get it. You can for SURE go to a store and pick it up. Here's a link to help you find a local store to pick it up at.

Just know that whatever the cost is, you can create a ticket and ask for a credit to your account for the amount of the SIM card. PM won't pay taxes though.

You can also purchase off of Amazon if you choose. Click on AMAZON to find it.

yes, you can.  But you will need to arrange with support agent first
