Trouble accessing account online

After logging on, I'm prompted to complete my activation.
However, I'm already activated and long time customer.
Next, it asks me for the code from my sim card - after entering that, it says it's invalid.
Any suggestions please.

@AnnaKMarshall , are you using a browser or mobile app.  If using browser, try incognito mode.  If using mobile app, clear app data before logging in.

@AnnaKMarshall  you can use the chatbot to submit a ticket to public mobile for further assistance.
