Good morning, Is it possible for someone to help me access my old account? I tried chatting with the bot and it said to create a new account but when I tried to add my number it said I had an existing account. I no longer have access to that email. I need my account number so I can transfer my account to my wife's plan.

You can try contacting a Public Mobile CS agent and giving then as much information as you can and they might be able to recover your old account.

If your account expired over 90 days ago, that account and phone number are lost for good.
How old is your account? When was your last payment?
