you can easily get the esim for free again
just use the PM app on your phone , and buy a new esim from the Account page
The system might still charge you the full price of $5, but pay first and PM will reimburse you after. So, if they really charged you, just open ticket

It is my understanding that if you had to reformat your phone due to technical issues and cellular performance, you can go into the app and purchase another one. My understanding also is it should be free of charge. If there is a charge, pay for it and then reach out to a CS Agent for a credit to your account for the fee paid. Chat bot is in bottom right corner of the page.

@Vandamag45 If you deleted the eSIM you need to re buy one in your account or use the app just log in with your phone and rebuy esim

@Vandamag45simply purchase another one through the PM app, you will not be charged for it if you already had one before
