Not able to send and/or receive text messages

I am on an iPhone completed a transfer yesterday from Bell to PM transfer was done received the msg and replied by YES after few minutes received sms from PM confirming that transfer completed but since then I have issues with iMessage that is not working anymore even regular SMS I am not able to send or receive them however the phone calls and data are working fine but it is very complicated as I am unable to access my banking my job emails …etc due to the fact I am not receiving the SMS verification code please help it’s a real emergency I even called Apple to check with them and they did not understand either

Here is an update for the issue I created a ticket but no response since yesterday then I sent a direct msg to CS and they did a refresh for my network and asked me to restart my phone which I did and it’s working now thanks to the CS agent so the issue was really coming from PM side thanks all for your help

Yes I even paid an extra 5$ to get the eSIM installed in my husband’s phone it did the same thing regular sms not working but all good with phone calls an data and his phone is a Samsung android that’s why I am seriously thinking the issue is from PM

Yes phone calls and Data are working fine the issue is only with SMS

hi @Sophie1234 

can you try your sim card on a different phone?  Better to try on a different iPhone as well as an Android phone and test the regular SMS

And you said you are receiving phone calls on your PM esim? 

Regular SMS usually works right away, but banks can take a few days to start kicking in.

We did all that with apple support but it seems that the issue is with PM as even regular SMS are not working not able to receive or send we also tried my husband’s SIM card with Bell on my iPhone and that worked fine no issues but when putting back PM eSIM as active the issue is the same no sms ni iMessage no FaceTime

hi @Sophie1234 

go to iMessage settings, remove the phone number, reboot phone, and go back to put in phone number again to re-register iMessage

@Sophie1234  can you remove your phone number from imessage.  Add it back and reboot phone.
