Been trying for 2 days to port a number, or whatever it takes to public from Tiny, cs has been working diligently on here but is telling me my 2 iemis from the phone that the tiny account sim was using, and the public sim one I have in which is the same sim 1, is not correct, it's absolutely correct, I have manually provided this, and also screenshot of the iemi1 and iemi2 on this phone, and they have told me they can't complete the port due to wrong information, I'm a a stand still here cause they are unable to complete the port due to my "incorrect" info, which isn't......what should I do, I have the phone that I'm on now with the incomplete ported number which I can send messages and call out on, but can't receive the same, and a Rogers sim on second phone which is tiny which is currently still active as I read to keep it active and hasn't been closed durle to being stuck in this mess.....can anyone help out there, will be much appreciated!!

How can I remove the photo?

@TW5

It does not look like that there is an account number with Tiny mobile from your screenshot. I would recommend that you remove that photo since this is a public forum and it does have personal information.

I will private message you the Telus team porting number.  Maybe speaking with a live person may be quicker to resolve issues.  However, the Telus porting team may not be working right now at this time.

hi @TW5

best not to provide IMEI for your Tiny sim, but provide them the account number for Tiny.  Account number is safer to request porting.
