Hello! I am trying to get my family members to switch over to public mobile using my referral link. My dad was able to switch over easily, but my sister will not receive a confirmation email 6 digit code no matter what email she uses. We have tried today and yesterday, but cannot find the code in any email, spam or junk, etc.

@cath_yxw , perhaps try again after clearing the cache on the mobile app.

which email system? Gmail? or others? it usually because the email got trapped in the junk mail folder, check there
or just setup another gmail account, then use it to create a new PM account and it should work
