Can not log into my account or transfer number.

Hi there, 

I have paid for a subscription, and as soon as I paid for it I was logged out of my account and now I can not get back in. The Esim was unsuccessful at being added to my phone as my phone number did not transfer. Now I am paying for a service that I am not receiving and I have no way to cancel. Each time I try to log into my account on the computer or the app I get an "error XXX" or "forbidden AI" message. Can anyone help me?

hi @HaleyK 

you were using the app and you got to the last step?

did you check if the PM esim is there on the Sim Manager or Settings-> Cellular screen?  If it is there, try enable it, or enable Turn on this line if it is an iPhone
