Cannot receive code by text to get into my account?

I am trying to log into my PM account with a browser. I am not getting the code to enter by text. Is anyone else having this issue right now?

@slusagm Thank you for testing for me.

That's long, but you still beat me.   I was trying on another browser just moment ago, got it within a min, which is normal for me

Okay it is working now. The original codes took about 20 minutes to get to me, but I just tried again and I am receiving the code right away now.

Do you mind clearing your browser cache and testing?

Yes, I can get the code by choosing email or voice message

I am wondering if there is an issue right now with the confirmation code being sent by text? Does it work for you right now for text in a web browser?

i was able to get the code on text around an hour ago.

but i have browser remember me, so I don't need the code now

can you click Didn't receive code and then choose Send email or send voice message? you can then get the code on email or voicemail

if not, then ask PM support agent to help,  you can submit  ticket by direct message:
