Missing 4 months of referral points

I referred a family member and made sure my code was used during signup. I didn't get any referral rewards since signup last year.

Did you get a text or email indicating “Cha-ching! You just added to your Refer a Friend Reward-way to go. Keep referring to earn more.”?

If you did then the referral code was entered correctly but common mixup with O/0, I/1 or S/5.

Contact a CS_Agent if your renewal code was probably entered the wrong code.

They didn't. We had issues activating the line with esim so we ended up getting a SIM. We used the same account and email though so I am guessing something went wrong during this mess. Their phone only works with esim with a US firmware and that's was  obscure info that confused us. I'll do a you said.

Did you family members each got the $10? If they do, no reason you don't get yours. Did you check My Rewards site yourself?

If they really missed it, ask PM to check.   Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
