Rewards from referral

I signed up yesterday using a referral code and it said that it has been awarded to my account. However the payment I made didn’t include 10$ off. Additionally, I didn’t get 20 points in my rewards. How do I claim my referral 10$ off?

Please understand that as a new subscriber you will only receive the $10 credit as @hairbag1  mentioned.  The person who referred you will also receive a $10 credit during this promo period (Regularly,  referrers only get $1 (aka 1 pt) back for every 30 days that their referees are subscribed.  Please do not expect $20, hope this also helps

the $10 will be credited to your account for use when your regular plan renewal occurs in 30 days.
