Hello,

I want to change my plan, but I am having trouble logging into my account. I suspect that I may have made a typo in my email address. Please let me know how I can resolve this issue.

Hello @dafawang 

Sometimes online can have cache issues. I'd suggest using the PM app on your phone and try logging in there. But if you prefer the PC, go into your browser settings, clear your cache and restart your browser and try again. If that doesn't work, click on forgot email and follow from there. If you still can't log in, try contacting a CS Agent to reset things.
