I am trying to access my account but have no clue what email is associated with the phone number. When i reset password it works but cant login as i dont know the email.
I need to update payment card as mine has expired and dont want the service turned off

@Richard11223344 this link will send an email to the account associated to your number. As long as you are getting a new notification is should help.

@Richard11223344 You can buy payment vouchers from shoppers and load it *611 to resume services right away untill you can update credit card info . But here’s direct link for support to help you re gain access to your account
