I paid twice a month of August, I tried calling nobody answer. and email too.so may payment is August 5 and August 7.How can get my money back the last payment?

PM doesnt have a number you can call, but if you believe there was a billing error you can message them directly with this link and ask them to refund one of the mispayments:

can you confirm with the credit card if any of the 2 charges just a pending one?

if they both are actual charges, login My Account and check Available funds, maybe the extra is  there.  And check payment history, how many transaction showing ? and which day?

@Calaramo  If one charge is just pending and the other has posted . Give it a day or two to fall off . If both charges are posted then submit ticket with support to fix

Hey @Calaramo 

You should contact your bank or credit card company to confirm it was actually 2 payments. People often confuse a double payment with a PENDING payment. If you confirm it is indeed a double payment, the bottom right corner of this page is the chat bot. Click and enter CUSTOMER SERVICE and follow the prompts.
