I would like to keep my old number and plan but my only option is to buy a new sim even though i have my old e sim number. I cant go to my account and just update my plan, it keeps bringing me to the activation page.

Hi,
I have a Puk code issue, and couldn't login to my portal, as sms was sent to my number to authorize login. I had to use the email to recieve the code, then I was able to access my portal and paid for my plan, and that saves my number. However, I still have a puk code issue.

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here
