Activate new subscription with new SIM without using an app

Hi,

I am trying to activate a new subscription with a new SIM but without using an app- I have no access to the internet. How do I do this? Can I use the same phone number as I had with  the prior subscription or do I need a new phone number

you don't have to use the app if you don't want to 

just go to the browser to activate.  You will get to payment step, make payment

after you made payment, as PM support to help for the rest of the step.  You just need to message them at that point:

A couple questions, are you creating a new account or just changing SIM? If it's a new account you need the app to activate yourself.

What do you mean by prior subscription? Do you mean a previous Public Mobile account that was closed or a number you currently have with another carrier?

using wifi, download the Public Mobile app to start the process of activation. You can use a friends cell if yours won't work. Once you're activated, take a new number initially...then when you're up and running as expected, you can start process of porting old number to PM...BUT...don't cancel old plan. Once port is successful, your old account is closed automatically.
