I cannot figure out why the Feb. 19, 2025 payment did not go through and I can still use the phone.  

Hi,I am trying to activate a new subscription with a new SIM but without using an app- I have no access to the internet. How do I do this? Can I use the same phone number as I had with  the prior subscription or do I need a new phone number

Hi,It has been weeks since I was blocked out of public mobile. I tried everything to reset passwords etc. My credit card was changed due to being hacked, I bought a new subscription but made an error - I did not want an e sim card but use my prior on...
