Hi,
It has been weeks since I was blocked out of public mobile. I tried everything to reset passwords etc. My credit card was changed due to being hacked, I bought a new subscription but made an error - I did not want an e sim card but use my prior one. It would not let me go back into the system to change this. I emailed public mobile for help, was told I could not go back and correct the error(re ESim to the old Sim). I was told to buy a new Sim which I did but my phone is a Google Pixel 3 and the SIm is too big to fit in. I have now paid for a new subscription, have no SIM to continue the activation. How do I get to use the original SIM card?

@Rita2a below is example of the different SIM card sizes. Note, the design on your SIM card is likely different (updated) but the size options should be the same.

@Rita2a SIM cards can only be used once. The cards come in 3 sizes. Gentle squeeze out to the nano for your phone. If you can sign into your account, go to the Profile tab and change the SIM card number.
If you cannot sign in, message back support and ask them to unlock your account and to change the SIM number for you.

@Rita2a The sim card is re-sizable, it has three sizes and you break off the outer perimeter/s until you get down to the size that you want.
