so when was the last time your service worked ? You must log in to your account on web or PM app and see if the $$ is in Available Funds...if so, you need to Resume your account manually.

hi @lulumae 

you should check with Muskbird if they have sent the money to PM yet

if they said they did, then reboot the phone and check My Account's Payment history
