I had my iPhone stolen and can’t access my account as my phone number is no longer working. I have a new sim but it needs to be initiated. Also my email from my original account has been disabled and I need to use an alternative email. which I think is this one.
how can you help me here.

@Gorkymarc are you able to go into the EverSafe settings on your account and change your email address to something you have access to?
If not you will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:
