I signed up through a friend's referral link but didn't get my $10 discount. What gives?

Your friend should get a text confirming you used their referral code within a day or so. You will get the $10 credit within 3 days.
So confirm with your friend if they got the text from PM in a few days.

@MILKI You should see the one time $10 credit with in 72 hours of activation . If it’s been more then 3 days and still no credit contact support to ensure code was applied correctly

@MILKI when did you sign up?
The $10 credit is given up to 72 hours after. It will be applied for next cycle. If you don't see after 72 hours time, use the chatbot to create a ticket and agents can look into it for you.

@MILKI it typically takes up to 72 hours for it to appear in your account so it should be there for your second bill. If it's not there within 72 hours message a CS_agent and they will add it in, we had to do it for my wife's account
