good day, i used a referral code when I signed up and activated my esim and new account but never received the $10 credit.

@KGino you can also cross-reference with your friend. If they receive a text message (also within the 72 hours, so be patient) stating that they successfully referred someone then you know that the code was used successfully. If after the 3 days, either you are still missing the credit, or your friend is missing the referral, pls us softechs link to start a conversation with an agent. Best of luck

Referral credit usually will be added to your My Account within 72 hours. Please wait 3 full days and check My Account again. If you still don't see the $10 appears as Available Funds in your My Account, then reach out to Customer support and they will help
