Iv gotten to the point of activating plan ( credit card info settled). But when app asks me to sign in it just takes code and jumps back to sign in page. I’ve now paid for this but have NO number, activated sim, and completion. Please help

Resolved! Says I didn't purchase roaming but I did

I purchased us roaming with data the data is working but when I try to make a phone call it says that I didn't purchase an add-on and need to if I want to make phone calls. Please help!:-)

Activation wasn’t successful

I was able to confirm the port of my # from Koodo to PM. I replied yes. But the app said my activation was not completed due to an error and now I’m stuck with no service and can’t receive the confirmation texts to my phone to log in. Please help
