Hello everyone,
Last month I changed my subscription to a monthly plan and I can see the transaction has been completed. However, my current plan is until November ( as it is 3 months payment) and it shows under my account the current plan is active and next payment is in November, and there is no record of the changes of the new subscription although payment has been made. Please advise, should I wait till November to inactive the previous subscription

it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
if same, then please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
