Resolved! Porting number to telus

I tried to help my mother port her number from Public to Telus. The Telus agent said that is not possible since public is a subsidiary of Telus. Really? So I can never move over to Telus? Anyone heard of this?

Cancel an account

Anyone know how to cancel an account I can’t get into anymore? My son lost his phone and I can’t into his email for the 2 step verification to work, I don’t want to have to get a new bank card because it’ll keep charging me for that account

I added 1000 minutes for calls to the US a few days ago. I tried making a call today to a friend in the States and received the above automated message. Does anyone know what the issue is? I'd appreciate any assistance you can give. Thanks!

Resolved! A call I did not make

I just checked my usage data and my phone just made a 36 minute call to 226-580-4001 while I was literally on my phone asking a question on this forum. Odd coincidence. This is only my 3rd day as a customer. Why is this happening?
