referred my Dad

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

helped my Dad activate his SIM card but where it asked for a referral code it also asked for a promo code, which we did not have.   We couldn't move past that screen without entering a promo code.  I tried 123456 I tried 000000 nothing worked.  So long story short I couldn't get credited for referring my Father Bill Barilski

@dandd   so, was the activation completed?  
If it activated succesfully, no worry, your data can open a ticket with support and ask to apply the friend referral back after .  Please ask your dad to open a ticket with support using his account

             Click "Yes, I'm a customer", then click "Sign In", once signed in, ignore the choices and type "Contact agent"
              Then click "Contact Us", and click "My Account".  Finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗ " and you can open the ticket
2. Or if you have trouble with Chatbot, Private message CS agent at 
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
