Hi there,
A friend referred me to Public Mobile. I should receive a $10 credit for the referral. I don’t see it on my account. How do I receive it?

hi @eddieO the referral credit should appear in your My Account within 72 hours. Make sure your wait 3 days and check
if same, then ask support to check

@Tracy_Res10 please note it can take up to 72hrs to appear in your account. If you have been waiting longer than this then you will need to reach a support agent and ask them to put it in for you.
You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:
