I just referred my dad to PM. In the middle of setting up the account, I ran into some problems. So now I can see my dad new account said activated. but the porting number still not port to PM yet, I want to port from Fongo to PM

@Lientrinh Porting from Fongo can take several days, but you said earlier they have not received a port request so you still need to call the number in the link given earlier.

@Lientrinh You need to click on the v top right of your message and edit out all personal details. This is a public forum and we are only customers here.
Edit: So is his service not working? What exactly is the issue?
