I have had an account with public mobile for a very long time, today I went to go and update my credit card information and now its asking me to register my sim card and pick a new phone number. I want the same phone number and it wont let me. I didnt buy a new sim card or anything i am literally just wanting to update my credit card and it looks like me account is bran new.. I dont know what to do

Sounds like you haven’t logged into your account for a long time so your email isn’t linked to your account.
To fixed this, contact a CS_Agent to help you link them together.
