Adding Credit Card with US Address

Instruction when adding a payment card to account say below -  

"We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), provided they have been issued by Canadian or American financial institutions and are associated with addresses in Canada or the U.S. Adding or updating your payment information will automatically enable your subscription.'

I am trying to add a US Credit card, however, the mandatory PIN code accepts only Canadian 6 Digit alpha-numeric code vs. 5 digit numeric only pin code. Hence, I am unable to add a US credit card.

Any advise how can I add US card and make payment with the same ?

I thought so. The info is misleading. PM should update it....

that info is no longer valid. To create your account, you must use a valid Cdn payment method...no longer able to use US payment cards.
