did you use Change Now to request plan change?
if you used change on renewal, it won't make the plan change immediately. Change on Renewal will just schedule the plan change.
if you use Change Now and want an immediate plan change, check again. It could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
