Hi, I recently get sim. I began the process of transfer number with your app. I got SMS from my old provider to port the number, I replied yes. Then I removed my old sim, put public mobile sim in. Restart my phone (iphone) many times. Weird service, I can call people, but I cannot get phone call when other dial to me. I cannot get any text message.

porting takes around 2 to 4 hours after you replied Yes to your old carrier. Try reboot the phone multiple times in the 4 hours and test inbound calls and texts
if same, ask PM porting support team for an update. I have sent you the porting support team number. Please check your Community inbox (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage), check for the number and call.
