I actived my subscription on 1st Dec. It was 20+20GB Bonus data for 6 months for use within Canada, US & Mexico at 5G speed up to 250Mbps.
However,
When I check my public mobile app, It showing just 20G.
Second,
I applied a promotion WINBACK120 at that time. It was Get $5 off subscription plans $34+ for 24 months. I think It has not been applied yet.
Could you please check for me?

@Yeyoungkim if you click Usage Breakdown under the Usage Odometer, do you see the bonus 20 GB as an add-on?
