Esim change

I just ported into PM yesterday. Everything is working except the Esim is showing the temp number. She suggested purchasing another SIM which will be credited back. Question is, in the app do I just select download and install? Will that automatically cancel the other Esim? Bit nervous to do this with an esim already installed. Thanks.

She will not get a free SIM if she is switch from eSIM to SIM. It is only free from eSIM to eSIM.

The app does everything for her, managing her account, redeeming points, making purchases etc. Same as the website on her computer except activation which can only be done on the app.

@Londonguy  Yes it will and you won’t be charged for it as you already have eSIM in the event you are you can message support for credit of the eSIM , you can first thou try reseting network settings and see if that helps also

if you buy new eSIM, the new eSIM will take over and the old eSIM will not work anymore.  You can disable the old PM esim (make sure you disable the correct one when you have two)

and no need to work the old one disabled or gone, it is normal
