Resolved! 3G Legacy Charge

I'm currently with Koodo and they added a 3G Legacy Network charge of $3 to my bill because apparently my phone connects to 3G for voice calls because it's a few years old. Does Public Mobile also have this charge if I sign up for one of their plans?
