When I purchased long distance add-on minutes, I thought I could start using them immediately. But for the first couple of days, I get an error message that says I don’t have minutes. Then it starts working. Does it normally take this long for the add-ons to be activated?

Sometimes it can take a few minutes which is odd but it happens. The system isn't perfect and sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for it to work. But glad it's working now. Enjoy.

@LT803 It should start to work as soon as it’s purchased , you sometimes may need to reboot the phone right after purchase though. If it’s not working reach out to support to confirm
