My husband referred me to Public Mobile today, and he helped me complete my application. I am on and have phone service, but we did not see any prompts to enter his "Refer a Friend" code.
Can someone please help me send an email to a Customer Service Representative so that I can complete this request?
My husband tried on our behalf earlier today, and a Customer Service Agent responded that the request had to come from the client that was making the application for the service (not by the person referring them).
Please help!

go into your account, click the support button bottom right, click on chatcwith agent, that takes you to chat bot, where it says ask me something type live agent click on contact public mobile support.click on contact us, click on my account, click on can't log in you can click on submit a ticket, but I click on private message cluck here, click on pencil icon beside setting buttoning send to box start typing cs_agent, click on CS_Agent customer support agent, type your message, , press send message button

FYI, the box to enter the friend code is on the payment page, at the bottom, there is a button to click and enter
it is still not late , just messages PM to add the code back, both will enjoy the rewards

@Tsuru It’s right before you make payment
and the one time $10 credit will clear in available funds after 72 hours of activation if it’s been more then 3 days or you missed reach out to support to help ensure it’s applied correctly
