Sorry, but Public Mobile does not have any type of online chat service. The chatbot is automated.

It's usually best to start a new thread for a new question. But to update your pre payment credit card details you can use the public mobile app. Just find the payment tab at the bottom of the screen and then go to update card information section. Enter your new card information and your postal code. Accept the terms and service and click save.
That will be the card used for your next payment

then please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
