Hello,
I am a new subscriber and unfortunately eSIM activation failed, is there any advise on what to do to have this fixed? It’s been 12 hours now since I made the payment and unfortunately my old provider sim got deactivated so I now don’t have any access to service.
Moreover, been unable to access customer service and connect to an agent!!

can you confirm if your PM sim show up on the Sim Mangaer at all? if it is there, you might be able to make it work, let us know
