E-sim Card installed unsuccessfully

SOS!!!  I bought a E-sim card, but it couldn't be installed on my iPhone. I have had a physically sim card. How can I cancel the e-sim card to my application, then how will I active the physically one? I need to transfer my number from another company to public mobile. Thank you.
