Hi , im trying to subscribe to a new subscription plan on the application and it keeps declining the payment and says to please try again or use a different payment method. ive tried with several of my cards, and tried on the laptop as well, and no luck.

I had the same problem as you and couldn't pay after trying everything. All I can say is that it was a very bad experience.

Use the app @MichelleMart
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app entirely.
Try a Visa or M/C debit card, if you have one.

@MichelleMart , unfortunately if the payment card is rejected too many times, it gets locked out for 24 hours. You might need to wait a day to try again. Personally, I have had good success using the mobile app with location permission enabled. For desktop browser, I would suggest using incognito mode.
