App subscription vs Web subscriptions

I am currently on the $30/15GB Canada subscription I had switched to the $30 Canada / USA plan upon next renewal.  in the app I can see there an international $30/month plan with 100 mo long distance minutes, 20GB data within Canada and USA.  I choose that one but I am not 100% sure if that's the one that is coming up for renewal as neither the app nor the web version show me the details.  I also don't see the $30 international plan on the web either.  I did do a screen grab just in case.

@BKNS27   I did notice the app doesn't update the usage.  I had uninstall and reinstall the app.   
my points are, on the app I can see the $30 international plan but can't see it on the website, even after clearing cache or signing in private mode.  The second item is, I choose the international plan on the app and clearly says international plan on it but when I go to next renewal date plan on the app or the website it just shows the USA/CAD plan.   I guess I will wait until my renewal date to see what I will get.

It doesn’t matter if you switch plans on the website or app. They are both the same.

There is a glitch on the website and app. On the website, clear the cache and on the app you need to logout if the app then log back in.

I’ve noticed that the app doesn’t update my data usage so I logout then back in then it updates my data usage.

On the app and website will indicate the new plan on your next renewal date. The plan that you pick will disappear so keep in mind that you can switch back to your old plan.

@bezman  So my guess is that the international part of that plan is just for calling from Canada to abroad . So when the plan take effect I’m assuming it will show in the add on section

but I think you mentioned you took a screen shot of the plan change keep that handy just incase you need it for proof for support should something go south in your renewal day

@Handy1   Thanks.  It does show me the next plan which was the $30/month 20GB Canada and USA plan.  so, from the app,  I decided to cancel it and choose the international $30/month 100 mo long distance plan it takes to be the confirmation page, it still shows me it is the international plan.  On manage subscription page it only shows as 30/mon 20gb Canada and us calling.  on the next payment it shows me the $30/month 20GB canada and usa plan .  no international plan. 

@bezman  Check the payment page on website for most details

@Handy1  I am aware of that we can only see what is offered to us.   I logged into my plan on the website, it doesn't show me the $30 international plan but on the app it does.

no, that is not the problem.  I logged into incognito mode and still can't see the plan

@bezman  You can use either the website or app to change plans , but you need the app to activate .also note as existing customers we can only choose the plans that are offered to us in our accounts . To find the most details on your upcoming renewal go to the payment page in your account for the details of plan price and date

the web problem could be cache problem 

try login again using Incognito mode and you should see the correct info
