Resuming service

I have installed my new sim card in my new phone but don't know how to transfer my services on to it.(my service on hold because that phone was stollen)hence the new phone and sim card.

you need to login My Account or PM app and update the sim card number to make it work

Did you change the SIM card number in your self service account?  Once you change to the new SIM card number in your self service account, then you can report your phone found and your service should start working properly in your new phone.
