I am trying to subscribe to Public Mobile. I entered my payment information and was charged, but then I got error O8102 saying there was an issue creating my account. Can you advise on how I can complete my account set up?

It seems you may be using the website to sign up. You should download the App itself and sign up. That's how it's done.
