I topped up my account  5 days before the due date. I found a good deal with Telus. Would PM be able to refund this if it's before the due date?

Hello. I'm trying to add funds to my account. My due date is next week but I want to add funds before the due date. Just in case there's a glitch with the payment. There's no option to manual pay. Does anybody know a workaround?

When someone calls me there's a good 3-5 sec delay before they can hear me. Never experienced this with Koodo. Opened a support ticket and the agent said it was a phone issue which is nonsense. It's a Pixel 9a. Anyone have any suggestions before I ha...
